Thursday in New York
Great shop on Bayard St in Chinatown, you can get Thai basil, young ginger, fresh galangal, lime leaf, Vietnamese mint and that New York rarity nice fresh bean sprouts! Pomeloes are in season and I got some of them too.

There is a restaurant called Green Bo at 66 Bayard I think. It is excellent :)
